A downloadable project

All public art is shared. When creating digital interactive art in a public setting meant to be viewed by many people the interaction should also be shared. With this experiment copresence is explored by having participants selecting an emotion via a webpage. This emotion is then captured by the game instance or "wall". The game tallies all the emotion choices by all participants and displays a leading choice by way of weather effects, tree leaf colour and music.

Future work:

The game instance will eventually save its leading choice and inform the web server. The web page can then display choices based on this information. The intention with this tree is to have it influence the audiences emotion based on the leading emotion it now embodies. For example if happiness was the leading choice, the tree would radiate happiness and other participants would see 50% more happiness choices over other emotions.
